IBP Consultant

Hylogic is at the heart of redefining the SCM landscapefor the Fortune 500 'giants', with a primary focus on the FMCG industry. We are a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in supply chain planning transformation and advanced planning solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced IBP Consultantto join our team and contribute to projects that entirely redefine how a large NA company runs its business.  

Your Role
As an IBP Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and optimizing IBP work processes across Demand, Supply, Commercial, and Finance functions.

• Leading and supporting functional implementations of IBP solutions.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership on IBP best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IBP into the broader business and digital ecosystem.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in business (Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Finance) or in consulting/implementation roles.

• 3+ years of hands-on IBP experience (business or consulting), preferably as a practitioner in a mature corporation.

• Strong understanding of IBP concepts, processes, and leading practices.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with IBP tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, or similar) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Consulting mindset 

• Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• This position involves travel according to project demands.
