Opis stanowiska

Job Purpose:


To support the Production Control team in monitoring, validating, and reporting daily construction

activities. The role involves data management, tracking progress, preparing standard reports, and

maintaining production records using project-oriented internal tools.


Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to.):

• Assist with proactively ensuring that production standards are maintained across all projects

and planning & control procedures are adhered to.

• Assist with the daily tracking and validation of production progress across allocated scopes to

ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Support the maintenance and timely updating of production and progress records within

internal systems to ensure data accuracy.

• Assist with extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various departments, and contribute

to the maintenance of up-to-date internal databases.

• Assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports for

internal stakeholders and senior management.

• Coordinate with construction supervisors and field engineers to gather accurate and timely data

reflecting actual site production.

• Assist with verifying physical progress on-site against reported work quantities to ensure

consistency and reliability.

• Visit sites, attend progress meetings, monitor physical progress, and contribute to the updating

of short-term plans and construction programs.

• Assist with maintaining confidentiality and data integrity across all aspects of reporting and

information management.


Person Specification:


The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction sequencing and how a project

comes together.

• A construction-related qualification / work experience is preferable.

• Excel knowledge: Formulation, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Database Connections,

Basic Knowledge about MACROS.

• Computer literacy and the willingness to learn multiple internal software packages are essential.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly essential; basic experience with SQL queries and databases is

beneficial.

• Strong communication skills to relay and gather information across departments and assist with

reports preparation and updating information displayed on sites.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• An Innovative and supportive team player who is detail-oriented with a strong sense of

responsibility and accuracy.

• Willingness to visit field/site areas when required data collection.
