About the role
We are hiring a Head of Product Operations to own and run our end-to-end product pipeline.
This role is responsible for taking products from initial research through to launch, with a strong focus on high quality, speed, and repeatability. The work is operational and disciplined – not creative experimentation.
You will set up and lead our Product Operations office in Warsaw and, from day one, hire and build your own local team.
Scope of responsibility
You will own the full product execution pipeline, including:
Product research (using defined inputs and processes)
Minor redesign of original products (legal compliance only, minimal deviation)
3D product and lifestyle imagery
Product data and catalogue setup
Tech pack creation
Product Development quoting and coordination
Product Development sampling and sample reviews
Product launch execution
All factories are based in the Far East. PD and sampling are coordinated remotely.
Team & office responsibility
From day one, you will:
Establish and run a Product Operations office in Warsaw
Hire, onboard, and manage a local team, including: Product Researchers, Product Designers, 3D Artists, Product Developers, Product Launch Specialist(s)
Grow and scale this team as output increases
You are fully accountable for team productivity, throughput, and quality standards.
Output & quality expectations
This is a high-output, high-quality role.
The objective is to:
Launch approximately 20 new products per month
Run additional product work in parallel
Maintain consistent quality while delivering iconic-inspired design at lower price points
Performance is measured entirely via output and KPIs, not hours worked.

This role does not require furniture experience
We operate across multiple physical product categories
Creative invention is not the goal – precision, quality, and execution are
This role is office-based in Warsaw and you will be the head of that office
Requirements
Experience running a multi-step product or operations pipeline
Proven people management experience
Comfortable hiring and scaling teams
Strong operational and organisational skills
Experience coordinating with overseas factories
Strong focus on quality standards and repeatability
Very strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working in a founder-led organisation
