We are currently at a pivotal moment of growth as we undergo a strategic transformation into a new global brand. We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on Marketing Manager to lead this transition and scale our international presence.
About the Role: As a Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our brand’s next stage of global growth. This is a high-impact, player-coach role that combines strategic brand transformation with strong performance marketing execution. You will manage the end-to-end rebranding process, optimize our lead-generation engine, and build our authority in the global market. This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and confidently balances strategy with day-to-day operational execution in a scaling organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the work of the internal team and external service providers.
Lead the implementation of the new visual identity and website rollout (WordPress).
Create and manage the publication roadmap and content across all digital platforms (including video content, webinars, blog posts, and expert articles).
Develop and execute the rebranding communication strategy across social media, newsletters, and direct customer communications.
Optimize the lead generation funnel (inbound and outbound) including Google Ads and LinkedIn/email outreach.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Teams.
Co-create Go-to-Market strategies.
Oversee SEO strategy and the organic positioning of the new domain.
Create and manage the event calendar, including preparation of booths, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
Analyze event performance and effectiveness based on generated business leads.
Requirements:
10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, with a background in both startups and SMEs and proven success scaling processes while maintaining agility.
Proven track record in international IT/Software environments.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pipedrive, WordPress, and outreach automation tools (e.g., LGM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a hands-on approach.
Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level).
A strong professional presence on LinkedIn is highly valued (thought leadership/PR-oriented mindset).
Based in or near Wrocław, with a commitment to being on-site as part of our hybrid model.
