About the Role: As a Presales Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients. Your mission is to remove technical blockers, accelerate deal velocity, and build client confidence throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical validation, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and custom solution designs tailored to client needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling value for clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team during technical discovery, evaluation, and procurement phases.

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and prepare tailored product demonstrations.

  • Present live demonstrations of the full IDENTT product portfolio during meetings with prospects to showcase capabilities and value.

  • Design, present, and execute PoCs to meet specific client requirements.

  • Provide guidance on solution architecture, integration, and customization.

  • Address technical questions and overcome objections to move deals forward.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal Teams during the proposal phase to prepare offerings, pricing and Statements of Work (SoW).

  • Ensure deep understanding of IDENTT products and effectively communicate their capabilities to prospects.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of proven experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.

  • Strong understanding of identity verification, biometric authentication, or related security technologies (preferred).

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.

  • Experience designing and delivering successful PoCs and demos.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach.

  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with Sales, Legal, and Product Teams.

  • Fluent in English and Polish, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
