Minimum compensation: starting from 6,800 PLN. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and competencies.

Join our Procurement Department as a Procurement Coordinator, a key position within a dynamic team dedicated to building vendor management and procurement excellence. This team drive commercial performance through strategic vendor partnerships, robust contract management, and regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an immediate impact. You'll contribute to establishing best-practice procurement frameworks, enhance stakeholder engagement, and help drive the cultural shift toward procurement excellence across the organization 


What you'll do 

  • Assist in managing vendor onboarding processes and maintaining contract visibility across the organization

  • Support the development and documentation of procurement procedures and vendor management policies

  • Gather, organize, and analyse procurement data to support planning, monitoring, and reporting on external provider frameworks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to the resolution of vendor-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist in tracking vendor performance and compliance metrics

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement function, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation

  • Support the implementation of new procurement tools and systems

  • Contribute ideas and insights to enhance procurement processes and vendor relationships


Who we're are looking for? 


Essential Qualities:

  • Experience in a procurement role, with strong enthusiasm for procurement and vendor management

  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience managing and organising commercial data in a business or marketing environment

  • Understanding of commercial principles and best practices in contract management

  • Collaborative, passionate, and energised by challenge


Ideal Experience:

  • Background in procurement, vendor management, or a related commercial function, preferably within a regulated financial services organization

  • Familiarity with procurement systems or tools

  • Previous experience coordinating external vendor relationships

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in vendor management

  • This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote work)
