Operations Analyst with German

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll work closely with teams across sales, delivery, finance, and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage project setup, maintain accurate data, and provide insights that help improve operational performance and decision-making.

A day in the Life typically includes:

• Project creation in Infor systems based on contracts provided by the Sales Department

• Project administration throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with the Project Team and Finance

• Monthly invoicing in cooperation with Project Managers and the Billing Team

• Cooperation with internal departments to solve issues as they arise with customers, consultants and vendors

• Performing data reporting and analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability

What will you need: 

• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written

• Comfortable working with Excel (basic knowledge required)

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and decisiveness

• An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy

• Previous experience in operations or a similar role

• Familiarity with the software industry

• Experience collaborating with services, sales, and delivery teams
