As we expand our presence in Poland, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team.


About the role

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our SaaS solutions within the Polish public transport sector. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients—including transit agencies, municipalities, transport operators, and corporations committed to green initiatives—while understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their operations and sustainability efforts. From prospecting to closing deals, you will support the full sales cycle, conduct market research, and present our solutions to key stakeholders, emphasizing their value and return on investment.


Beyond sales, you will help build long-term customer relationships, contribute to market insights and sales reports, and represent the company at industry events to expand our presence. Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will ensure smooth customer engagement and implementation.


This is a hybrid position - which means that it is a big plus if you live close to Łódź so you can join us at the office a few days a week. However, if you live further away but feel like this is the perfect role for you - please feel free to apply anyway, and we'll see if we can make it work!

About you

To thrive in this role, we believe that you enjoy working in a small organisation where there are quick decision paths and where everyone takes pride in the work that they do. We also see that you are comfortable taking responsibility and initiatives connected to your responsibilities. Since we are a small organisation, you are used to a fast-paced environment where you have a lot of free reign but also enjoy working closely with your colleagues.

In addition to this, we believe that you have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or technology for public sector.


We trust that you:

  • Have good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels, from technical staff to C-level executives.
  • Are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with coaching supervision.
  • Are fluent in Polish and Good in English (both written and spoken).
  • Have a willingness to travel within Poland as required

It´s a bonus if you have some insights, knowledge of the public transport industry, including key stakeholders and regulatory frameworks in Poland.
