Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a proactive Delivery Coordinator to strengthen our team of Data Analysts and Power BI Analysts. Your main objective will be to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards by providing the necessary support and coordination. This position requires a solid background in coordinating complex analytical/technical tasks and the ability to facilitate seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to collect and systematize data-related needs, analyze business requirements, and translate them into detailed specifications to prepare analyses and reports.
  • Planning: Ensure delivery expectations are aligned with resources and team capacity, divide initiatives into actionable tasks, assign team members, plan actions and set deadlines, continuously adjust steps to facilitate timely and efficient delivery.
  • Backlog management: Maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog, effectively manage blockers and scope changes.
  • Progress oversight: Continuously monitor progress within coordinated activities, escalate issues/blockers as necessary and define next steps within the working group to ensure transparency of actions.
  • Stakeholder communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and key individuals involved in initiatives to ensure all requirements are understood and considered.
  • Presentation and feedback: Regularly present progress updates and gather feedback from the team and stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Initiate, create and maintain comprehensive project, report and analysis documentation, ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Standardizing data and KPIs: Collaborate with the data team and stakeholders to resolve business and technical issues, aiming to standardize data sources and key performance indicators.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Higher education in engineering-technical, economic-business, or related fields.
  • Experience in project management and leading project teams (within professional experience or academic initiatives).
  • Experience in effective backlog management, prioritising tasks, organize work, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Hands-on experience with project/task management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
  • Analytical thinking and planning skills, synthesise information for understanding of complex issues.
  • Ability to initiate contacts and meetings between teams and adjust the plan and method of meeting execution according to the project's goal and characteristics.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation and apply best practices.
  • Ability to work and coordinate cooperation on an international level.
  • General understanding of the development process and tools used for reporting, analysis and programming (such as MS Azure: Data Lake, Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other languages (Polish, French, Italian, Spanish).
  • Familiarity with operational processes in contemporary logistics, especially within the CEP (Courier, Express, and Parcel) sector.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
