In the role of Operational Analyst, you will analyze the performance of the OOH network, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable changes. Collaborating with international teams, you'll support the implementation of new solutions and ensure knowledge transfer through training, workshops, and clear documentation.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring & analysis: Collect data and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for the OOH network

Continuous improvement: Identify first and last mile process optimization opportunities, recommend solutions, and support their implementation.

Meetings & status updates: Present results, taking part in stakeholder meetings and efficiency workshops. Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to management teams.

Subject-matter support: Provide analytical expertise for network efficiency initiatives.

Report review & interpretation: Based on the Power BI visualizations, interpret key performance indicators, diagnose underperformance, formulate business recommendations, quickly identify data inconsistencies.

Branch coordination: Maintain regular operational-level communication with regional offices to ensure efficiency improvement

Closing the loop: Verify the impact of implemented improvements, monitor KPI changes, and deliver feedback.

Promoting data-driven culture: Promote data-based decision making.

Documentation & training materials: Develop and update process guides, manuals, and e‑learning content.
Required skills and qualifications:

Data analysis: Ability to conduct data analysis, select valuable information, gathering data from various sources, analyzing relationships between different aspects of a problem, and proposing solutions.

Data interpretation & visualization: Skill in creating clear charts, dashboards, and data storytelling.

Advanced excel: Pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.

Proactive mindset: Self-driven approach to problem identification and process improvement.

Strong organizational skills: Results-oriented and able to perform under tight deadlines.

Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of operational processes and/or experience in the courier industry
- Additional foreign languages (French, Spanish, Italian)
- SQL proficiency
- PowerPoint: proficiency for building professional presentations
