We are looking for talented and driven Business Analyst to our International Operational Controlling Team.
Your main objective will be to build and develop operational controlling competences in foreign markets.
This position requires analytical skills, a strong background in management accounting and the ability to work in a multinational environment with stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
Objectives of this role:
Building and developing controlling competences on foreign markets
Implementing controlling standards on foreign markets
Creating tools for operational cost and KPIs analysis
Building models supporting decision-making processes
Performing analyses for management purposes
Provision of management information and key operating cost data
Supporting management in decision making
Analysis and monitoring of operating costs
Regular reporting of cost results and KPIs
Participation in the process of budgeting logistics costs
Monitoring budget execution, reporting deviations, identifying the causes of discrepancies, recommending solutions
Analytics and forecasting of quantitative and cost data
Initiative in search of cost optimization opportunities, recommending solutions for business
Development and preparation of tools supporting the planning and reporting processes
Development of analytics and reporting
Automation and optimization of work with data
Participation in cross-organisational projects
Required skills and qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience (operational controlling, management accounting, business analysis, FP&A, financial controlling)
Fluent English (B2-C1)
Excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel
Practical knowledge of management accounting
Experience in building business models and automated reports
Ability to gather, summarize and articulate complex information for decision making
The ability to translate the results of conducted analyses into business recommendations
Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
Communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel for up to 15% of time, depending on business needs
Nice to have:
Experience of working in a multinational environment
CIMA qualification (or in progress)
SQL, VBA
Experience in logistic / e-commerce business
