Objectives of this role:
- monitor and analyse the performance of out of home (OOH) points network across all markets based on key indicatorse
- embrace the continuous improvement approach and collaborate with the operations department to enhance network efficiency
- identify factors impacting operational process efficiency and recommend changes
- lead projects to enhance efficiency of OOH point network
- develop and prepare supporting instructions for operational processes
- prepare and conduct training sessions and workshops to share knowledge
- provide subject matter expertise and analysis for projects related to network efficiency
- design and prepare well-structured meeting slides, conduct the meeting
Required skills and qualifications:
- fluent in English for verbal and written communication
- proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- positive and proactive attitude & ability to influence people
- enjoy working with people
- ability to plan and coordinate projects
- proficient in creating presentations using PowerPoint
- advanced proficiency in Excel
- strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively under time pressure
- willingness to travel abroad up to 15% depending on business needs
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- knowledge of operational processes and/or familiarity with the courier industry
- knowledge of other foreign languages (French, Spanish, Italian)
