PMO: Project Management Business Partner

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting business leaders in the implementation of key strategic projects,
• Supporting major aspects of project management and strategy through oversight and execution of key elements (scope, budget, delivery time),
• Monitoring and reporting project progress, with focus on key areas such as risk management, dependency identification, and KPI performance,
• Collaborating with business leaders and project teams as well as implementing project management best practices in selected strategic initiatives,
• Regular communication and building a business relations with the project owner,
• Preparation of regular briefing materials (presentations and related) for the Board of Management and executives on the project status, and for project meetings.

Our requirements:

• University degree - preferable economic studies,
• Advanced level of spoken and written English (Upper Intermediate is an absolute minimum, C1 level preferred),
• Proven experience in a PMO or similar role on projects - minimum of 3 years,
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PMP, PRINCE, IPMA, AGILE PM) confirmed by certificates - minimum one required,
• Knowledge of project management tools e.g. JIRA, MS Project,
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• A high culture and very good organization of work,
• Self-reliance and personal initiative,
• The ability to think at scale with respect to strategic goals,
