That is why as a Data Analyst at Insightland, you'll do more than analyze numbers. You'll consult strategically, foster strong client relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions. We seek someone who not only spots client challenges but also understands their root causes and crafts targeted, effective solutions to drive business success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities to support their goals.
• Acting as a strategic partner, delivering insights that drive key business decisions.
• Proactively exploring client needs and proposing tailored solutions that enhance their data strategies.
• Facilitating collaboration between teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Leading client discussions with confidence, offering actionable recommendations, and expanding cooperation.
• Creating clear and concise data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Leveraging SQL and statistical tools to analyze trends and provide meaningful insights.

This is the role for you if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an Analyst.
• Have re-skilled from sales, marketing, or consulting into analytics and bring a unique business perspective to working with data.
• Excel in independent, proactive work, taking full responsibility for your projects.
• Are confident in managing client relationships and becoming their go-to consultant.
• Easily adapt to new analytical tools and continuously seek to advance your skills.
• Are skilled at simplifying complex data and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Are proficient in SQL and experienced with at least one of visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
• Have worked with Google Analytics, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• *Have working knowledge of Python or R.
