    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a motivated, self organized and proactive individual to join us as a Sales Coordinator. This is a new role requiring the successful candidate to support our international sales team in daily operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating sales activities and supporting the team in achieving targets,
    • Conducting market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in designated regions, helping the team reach their sales targets in specific markets,
    • Managing schedules, handling orders, and maintaining client inbound communication,
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute trade shows, sales events, and other promotional activities, ensuring alignment between sales goals and marketing efforts,
    • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree, preferably in sales or business-related fields,
    • Mandatory work from our office in Poznań (for a few days a week),
    • Strong organizational skills, initiative and proactive approach,
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills,
    • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving shared goals,
    • Embracing modern technologies and online tools,
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Google WorkSpace
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish.

    Once you have submitted your application

    • to selected individuals (who we believe will be the best fit for our organization’s needs for the position) we will call and arrange a first meeting, 
    • after the meetings we will select 2-3 people most suited to the people at Insys and the needs of the position and hold a second meeting with them (usually shorter),
    • after the meetings we decide who we want to work with,
