    We're on the lookout for a passionate People & Culture Lead to join our amazing People team! You'll be at the heart of creating an engaging, inclusive, and thriving work environment for our talented crew.


    💎 Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead, preferably in a software house environment. Proven ability to design and execute HR programs independently, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for building relationships are key. We're looking for someone adaptable, with experience working in dynamic, self-organized teams, who is community-minded and enjoys a flat organizational structure.

    💰 Salary: 13 - 16 000 PLN net + VAT on B2B

    How do we work? We operate as a small core team of 50 people, with additional specialists supporting us based on the needs of each project.     Job requirements:

    • 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead, preferably in a software house environment. 
    • Proven ability to design and execute HR programs independently, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for building relationships are key. 
    • We're looking for someone adaptable, with experience working in dynamic, self-organized teams, who is community-minded and enjoys a flat organizational structure.
    • A positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to gauge the mood of the IT world.
    • A head full of ideas and the courage to propose and implement them.


    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with our leaders to understand the business context and support them through HR initiatives.
    • Create a better work environment for all employees by focusing on development, team-building activities, career paths, benefits, and mental health.
    • Boost engagement, even amidst the challenges of a market recession.
    • Nurture, develop, and promote our culture by encouraging feedback, ownership, team play, and proactive initiatives.
    • Support the growth of our leaders, ensuring they grow and help others grow too.
    • Conduct evaluations and design new processes to continually improve.
    • Design and implement HR initiatives and be unafraid to experiment.
