We are looking for a proactive Internal Audit manager with strong experience in fintech and cryptocurrency regulations, who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular internal audits of operational, financial, compliance, and risk management processes, with a particular focus on MiCA regulatory requirements.
Review the alignment of internal policies and procedures with MiCA, as well as other relevant regulations (e.g. AML, DORA, GDPR).
Prepare audit reports and formulate recommendations for the Management Board and/or Supervisory Board.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions following audit findings.
Collaborate closely with the Compliance Officer and teams from Legal, IT, and Finance departments.
Requirements:
Higher education in Audit, Economics, Finance, Law, or IT.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an internal or external auditor, preferably within the financial, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector.
Fluent English (minimum С1 level) to enable collaboration with international stakeholders.
Strong sense of independence and ethical work approach.
Advanced data analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of financial documentation principles.
Understanding of risks associated with crypto asset service providers.
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in auditing the activities of others.
Experience in preparing management-level reporting and recommendations.

Full Time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cyprus time (with a 1-hour lunch break).
Fully remote or office-based in Warsaw (Poland).
