Internal Audit manager

We are looking for a proactive Internal Audit manager with strong experience in fintech and cryptocurrency regulations, who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal audits of operational, financial, compliance, and risk management processes, with a particular focus on MiCA regulatory requirements.

• Review the alignment of internal policies and procedures with MiCA, as well as other relevant regulations (e.g. AML, DORA, GDPR).

• Prepare audit reports and formulate recommendations for the Management Board and/or Supervisory Board.

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions following audit findings.

• Collaborate closely with the Compliance Officer and teams from Legal, IT, and Finance departments.

  
  

Requirements:

• Higher education in Audit, Economics, Finance, Law, or IT.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an internal or external auditor, preferably within the financial, fintech, or cryptocurrency sector.

• Fluent English (minimum С1 level) to enable collaboration with international stakeholders.

• Strong sense of independence and ethical work approach.

• Advanced data analysis skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial documentation principles.

• Understanding of risks associated with crypto asset service providers.

• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in auditing the activities of others.

• Experience in preparing management-level reporting and recommendations.

Job Type

• Full Time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cyprus time (with a 1-hour lunch break).

• Fully remote or office-based in Warsaw (Poland).
