As a new Automation Marketing Specialist at It's Personal, you'll enjoy numerous business challenges and diverse tasks. The main responsibilities will involve ongoing newsletter campaign planning, building and scheduling, and creating complex automations using email, push and SMS channels, as well as managing product recommendations on the website for our clients - mission driven DTC brands.
We work with brands from the UK, USA & Europe, so communication preparation takes place in various languages (with native speaker support, of course).
You'll be collaborating with teams including Performance Marketing, Developers, Online Content Team, and various e-commerce tool providers.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive and advanced newsletter campaigns and marketing automation (including A/B testing, analytics, optimisation and development across all communication channels: email, push, SMS)
- Managing dynamic content on shop websites (recommendations, pop-ups, forms)
- Managing dynamic content in email/push campaigns
- Analytics and monitoring of campaign effectiveness
- Implementing new solutions and integrations with the marketing automation system
- Supporting international markets in marketing automation activities
- Analysing user behaviour and needs
- Maintaining user database hygiene
- Supporting team members in transaction-related communication activities (email, SMS)
- Supporting team members in loyalty programme communication activities (email, SMS, push)
- Collaborating with and supporting key departments in the company
You're the candidate we're looking for if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in e-commerce
- Are proficient in at least one marketing automation tool (preferably Klaviyo)
- Have excellent knowledge of marketing automation campaign preparation techniques
- Understand marketing automation processes
- Can analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Have very good English language skills
- Possess excellent work organisation
- Can work in a team
- Show initiative and have a proactive attitude
- Are creative/think "out of the box"
- Pay attention to detail
- Enjoy challenges and are development-oriented
Bonus points for:
- Ability to use AI in daily work
