Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on our exciting journey of rapid growth in the IT industry. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to accelerate our company's expansion. You will spearhead digital initiatives that boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support talent acquisition—playing a key role in shaping our continued success and growth trajectory.

Your key responsibilities:

• Creating an effective advertising strategy - preparation (with content support from the Marketing team), implementation, and coordination of performance Marketing campaigns across all digital channels (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in the Polish market and international markets (in Polish and English), with a focus on achieving specific results and generating Sales leads.
• Continuously analyze and optimize advertising activities (creation and execution of A/B tests within campaigns).
• Regularly delivering accurate and result-oriented insights, action recommendations, reports, and campaign analyses.
• Ongoing monitoring of competitor activities and market trend analysis.
• Full management of the SEO activities and SEO optimization, including ongoing pages’ optimization; competitor audit, keyword research and adjustments; performance reporting; creating and verifying SEO-optimized articles based on keyword research including optimization and publishing on the website; link building.
• Managing the GA4 account and preparing various reports.
• General support to all the Digital Marketing tasks as required (including the distribution of mass-mailing campaigns and administering the company website).

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of work experience in SEO and Performance Marketing (preferably in the IT industry)
• Experience in executing successful Digital Marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
• Self-drive, proactiveness, ambition and analytical skills
