HRBP (Consultant Success Partner)
Key Responsibilities
Own the performance and retention of an assigned group of consultants
Monitor and analyze key metrics (including utilization, margin, and attrition)
Identify risks (e.g. disengagement, attrition risk, project mismatch) and proactively drive mitigation actions
Segment consultants based on risk level and required level of attention (e.g. stable / requires attention / high risk)
Report on team status, including insights from feedback and identified risk areas
Assess consultant performance in the context of margin impact and recommend optimization actions
Conduct regular 1:1s with consultants to gather feedback and detect early signals
Collaborate with business and delivery teams on optimal consultant allocation
Recommend actions to improve margin and overall team efficiency
Support decision-making related to allocations, project changes, and contract extensions
Participate in key stages of the consultant lifecycle (onboarding, transitions, offboarding)
Leverage HR data (eNPS, surveys, feedback) to identify trends and translate insights into actions improving retention and performance
Contribute to engagement and retention initiatives, supporting a strong and positive team culture
Support and coordinate selected CSR and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values
Qualifications:
2–4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, operations, resource management, or a similar role
Strong ability to work with data and draw actionable insights
Understanding of key business metrics such as margin, utilization, and attrition
Experience in working with people (e.g. consultants, project teams, stakeholders) and ability to build effective relationships
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management
Ability to identify risks early and take proactive actions
Confidence in handling challenging conversations and problem-solving in dynamic environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset and ownership – ability to operate independently and drive topics forward
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Polish and English is required
This is not a traditional HR role. It combines working with people and data, and requires making decisions that directly impact business performance (margin, utilization, retention). The role does not include direct people management.
