Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Assistant to join us on our exciting growth journey in the IT industry.

In this role, you will support the Marketing Team in strengthening ITDS’ brand presence in Poland and abroad. You will assist with activities that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support talent acquisition, while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of Marketing projects in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities:

• Researching industry events; maintaining the events’ calendar for internal teams, and supporting event planning and execution

• Assisting in the creation of external communication plans

• Assisting with Social Media activities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including creating simple content and graphics in Polish and English

• Supporting website content management for ITDS Poland, ITDS Portugal and ITDS Nearshore

• Helping with the preparation of internal newsletters and collection of content

• Coordinating orders of Marketing materials and gadgets

• Updating Marketing materials and internal presentations

• Leveraging AI tools to enhance Marketing activities

• Collaborating closely with internal departments and external Marketing agencies

• Providing general support to the Marketing Team on ongoing projects

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 1–2 years of Marketing experience (preferably in the IT sector)

• Interest in Social Media and content creation

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar)

• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, creative, and ambitious mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
