Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in the IT industry.In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in expanding our company’s presence in Poland and internationally. You will contribute to building brand awareness, creating valuable content, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our position in the market.

Your key responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality, engaging content in Polish and English for various channels (articles, blog posts, case studies, press releases, website content, and other marketing materials)

• Supporting the development of the company’s Social Media presence

• Website content management and support in overseeing updates and improvements

• Organizing and coordinating online and offline events

• Cooperating with the company’s internal departments and external Agencies

• Contributing to external mailing campaigns and internal communication initiatives

• Providing general support to other marketing tasks as needed

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing (experience in the IT industry is a plus)

• Experience in creating valuable, audience-oriented content

• Experience in supporting or executing Social Media activities

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams

• Proactive mindset, creativity, and a willingness to take initiative
