As a Mid-Level Corporate Treasury Administrative Assistant, you will be working for our client, a leading financial firm specializing in corporate treasury operations. In this role, you will support a dynamic team that plays a pivotal part in shaping the firm's strategic funding, liquidity management, and asset-liability balance, ensuring sustained growth and financial stability.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage extensive and proactive diaries and incoming calls for senior stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Arrange international travel and process expense reports for Managing Directors and senior teams.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider senior management group as needed.

  • Serve as the primary contact for regional administrative inquiries, maintaining high responsiveness.

  • Coordinate onboarding, provisioning, and internal system updates for new hires and consultants.

  • Maintain awareness of current priorities, supporting diverse assignments including projects, events, and document management.

  • Assist colleagues as required, supporting a flexible and collaborative team environment.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or corporate assistance roles.

  • Strong experience with diary and telephone management.

  • Proficiency in managing travel arrangements and expense processing.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.

  • Solid system processing skills, with preferable experience in corporate environments.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high ethical standards.

  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior finance or treasury teams.

  • Additional certification or training in administration or project support.

Language Required for the role:

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
