Warsaw – based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).


As a Sales Assistant, you will be working for ITDS, a fast-growing company providing IT Engineers Outsourcing, Product Development, and Integration services across multiple industries, including financial, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. You will support the sales team by ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes, optimizing internal workflows, and assisting in project coordination. Your role will include managing data, preparing reports, coordinating onboarding processes, and facilitating communication between various departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client and consultant relationships.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales department in executing operational and administrative tasks
  • Managing data in the CRM system, monitoring updates, and notifying about changes
  • Preparing daily reports for Sales Managers
  • Resolving challenges encountered by consultants and collaborating with the team
  • Preparing job descriptions and monitoring the client’s system for new projects
  • Coordinating contract changes such as extensions, terminations, and client conversions
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings between candidates and managers
  • Preparing and coordinating onboarding documents for consultants
  • Participating in team meetings and optimizing internal processes
  • Managing business travel for consultants through the platform
  • Cooperation with Finance and HR Department regarding timesheet reports
  • Participating in meetings with the client, preparing meeting minutes


You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Min. 1 year of related experience in a similar position
  • Experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM or data management systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent Polish
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to work


It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of sales processes and business development support
  • Experience coordinating onboarding or HR-related administrative tasks
  • Previous experience working in IT consulting or staffing agencies
  • Ability to analyze reports and suggest process improvements
  • Previous collaboration with HR, Finance, or Recruitment teams
