- Developing, guiding, and monitoring an organization’s presence across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik-Tok).
- Designing and creating visually cohesive and trend-aware graphics, images, video reels and other visual content to enhance brand identity and engagement.
- Implementing social media content plans, analysing engagement data, and spotting patterns in customer interactions.
- Creating and implementing effective strategies to promote a brand's products or services on various social media platforms.
- Engaging with the audience, building a loyal following, and driving business growth
- Identifying the right content and target groups for paid campaigns and managing paid promotions
- Experience in website administration (WordPress; or being ready to learn).
- Ability to design and create social media graphics and video reels according to the newest trends.
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems, as well as data analysis and reporting skills.
- Time management, communication, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to work independently.
- Creativity, attention to detail, aesthetic sense, initiative, and flexibility.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1-C2).
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot, AI tools or other image/video editing apps.
- Understanding social media and social media trends.
- You’ll gain thorough knowledge about our organization, partner clinics, and the IVF abroad process.
- You’ll become familiar with the social media tools, platforms, accounts and brands we use
- You’ll become familiar with your responsibilities and undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, including training
- You’ll meet managers to discuss their business goals and expectations
- You’ll start to set up systems and processes for managing accounts
- You’ll start to create content calendar/plans, analysing engagement data, and spotting patterns in customer interactions.
