The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition and scale our growth engine. You'll be the single accountable owner of our paid channels, working hands-on in the platforms daily, shipping tests weekly, and owning the numbers.
This is a hands-on media buyer role. You'll partner closely with our Creative Director to turn creative into CAC improvements while scaling the channels that drive our growth. If you're the kind of person who launches a test, reads the data, briefs the next round of creative, and optimizes the account structure before lunch, this is your role.
What You'll Do
Own Meta Ads: Our core growth channel. You own strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling
Build secondary channels: Stand up and test Google Ads, TikTok, and CTV as high-intent complements
Drive the testing engine: Define hypotheses, run experiments, interpret results, and make clear decisions on what to scale
Partner on creative: Work hand-in-hand with our Creative Director to turn performance data into better creative briefs and testing roadmaps
Own unit economics: Keep acquisition costs efficient while finding pockets to scale profitably
Report with clarity: Deliver weekly updates on what happened, why, and what's next - with numbers, not narratives
What We're Looking For
Hands-on media buying: 3-5+ years with deep Meta experience
SaaS growth track record: Proven results driving subscription or prosumer growth
Founder mentality: You've started something, run growth at a startup, or operated like an owner inside a larger org
Metrics-driven: Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, and activation rate
Proactive and action-biased: You ship tests, explore new channels, and surface opportunities without being asked
Location: Remote, EU timezone overlap required (Warsaw preferred)
Bonus: Experience with AI, productivity, or email/workflow SaaS products

Compensation
Competitive base + performance component
