For our Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Kraków that provides global support and expertise in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Project Management, IT and HR, we are looking for a Compensation Team Leader.



Responsibilities:

🔧Collaborate with the global Total Reward team on global and regional reward initiatives.

🔧Partner with HR, TA and other functions to understand needs and challenges and support decision-making processes.

🔧Coordinates, directs, administers and controls day to day compensation team's operations and activities.

🔧Support annual compensation review process and other mid-year off cycle salary reviews

🔧Support the design, development, implementation and administration of special compensation programs

🔧Assist with job evaluations and analysis of salary data

🔧Assist in updating salary structures and researching market trends

🔧Perform routine compensation analytics, market pricing and related benchmarking

🔧Prepare compensation-related reports and work closely with HR reporting team and payroll in support of reward programs and maintaining data integrity

🔧Run general compensation audits to ensure data integrity as well as compliance with various related compensation labour laws and regulations

🔧Liaise with payroll to collect and summarize compensation data for compliance purposes (e.g., UK gender pay gap) and other projects


Here’s What You’ll Need:

3+ years of experience in Compensation area

✅Ability to drew conclusions from data

✅Ability to manipulate, summarize and analyse large amounts of data from a variety of sources

✅Knowledge of different jobs evaluation methodologies

✅Ability to think critically, analyse data, solve problems and work independently

✅Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills

✅Strong Excel and good Power Point skills

✅Desire to work with international regions

✅Excellent, professional interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)

✅Ability to work with and respect highly sensitive/confidential data

✅Must be fluent in English
