Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CLM Clause Library Administrator to manage and maintain our clause library within the Contract Lifecycle Management system. This role ensures all contract clauses are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards, enabling efficient contract creation and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with legal, procurement, compliance, and business teams to maintain consistency and integrity across all contractual documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain and update clauses, clause templates and metadata within the CLM platform.
Ensure clauses are properly categorized, version-controlled, and tagged for easy retrieval.
Conduct periodic audits and maintain documentation of clause approval and template workflows.
Collaborate with system administrators and global IT under the product governance model
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Deliver training and support for end-users on clause selection and compliance.
Troubleshoot issues related to clause functionality and coordinate with IT or vendor support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Respond to clause requests within 5 business days.
100% of clauses reviewed and approved by Legal/Compliance before publishing.
Complete scheduled clause audits on time and update clauses within 30 days of regulatory changes.
Here's what you'll need
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Contract Management area.
Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of contract law principles.
Strong system orientation, with ability to understand contract lifecycle stages, clause usage, clause logic, and metadata structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in contract management, legal operations, or procurement.
Experience with clause standardization and risk assessment.
Certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC).
