About the opportunity
A new role within Growth & Sales that will work closely with Operational Sales, Framework Managers and our CSP team to improve the performance of frameworks across all Buildings & Infrastructure Markets in Europe.
The Framework Analyst will be a pivotal role in driving performance across Jacobs client frameworks in the UK & Europe. The role is responsible for analysing data – primarily through Client Success Platform and Oracle - to identify trends, optimise framework performance (e.g. Book to Burn, Margin Quality, GID etc.) and surface opportunities for growth. The analyst will work with Framework Leaders and Senior Leadership with data driven insights to maximise value from framework agreements, support resource planning and recruitment as well as providing insights for the pursuit of Framework renewals. The position will report into Growth & Sales, with a strong operational linkage to drive delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and analyze Framework data, reporting on trends and performance to drive improvement.
• Maintain visibility of Framework parent and child opportunities within CSP pipeline, drive data quality and link to Oracle.
• Work with Framework managers to identify improvements in data collection and reporting
• Monitor and report on framework delivery performance, highlighting underutilized agreements and surfacing opportunities for additional scope.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize framework performance against targets.
• Provide Framework Managers and leadership with trending data and insights to support prioritization of pursuits, resource allocation and recruitment
Here's what you'll need
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and visualizations (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Familiarity and working knowledge of Client Success Platform and it’s functions
Willingness to embrace AI tools to improve efficiency
Broad understanding of framework agreements, mechanisms for framework growth and sales governance processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
Experience in sales, commercial or project controls environment is desirable.

Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential, and all technical and professional backgrounds will be considered.
