Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and preparing sales activities, from initial planning to submission of the offer,
  • Qualification and Proposal Support under the leadership of the Americas based team,
  • Validating client needs/assumptions and providing clear direction and guidance to team,
  • Coordinating, scheduling, attending and/or leading meetings, including proposal kickoff, team chartering, color team reviews, etc.,
  • Coordinating, writing, editing/tailoring and performing research for non-technical proposal sections, including interviewing subject matter experts and tailoring resumes and project descriptions,
  • Supporting communications and content collection with teaming partners and subcontractors,
  • Organizing, directing and integrating graphic design, document publishing, and editing staff,
  • Managing multiple tasks concurrently and engaging with various stakeholders/ reviewers,
  • Ensuring client compliance; proactively identifying and communicating potential issues/variances,
  • Ensuring our middle game differentiators and win strategies are incorporated into the end game proposal document,
  • Preparing documents for hard-copy and/or electronic submittal, per client instruction,
  • Checking client websites for information and addenda,  
  • Prioritizing own and others’ work to meet proposal deliverable deadlines,
  • Contributing suggested improvements/additions to the proposal development process;

Here's what you'll need

  • Minimum BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar,
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables,
  • Proposal experience in the engineering, architecture, constructions etc. will be additional advantage,
  • Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory),
  • Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design will be additional advantage,
  • Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred),
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently;
