Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements, under the leadership of Americas based team.
  2. Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content, including resumes and project descriptions, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  3. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings.
  4. Manage proposal logistics and production, including document formatting, checking Client’s websites, graphic integration, and submission preparation (both electronic and hard copy).
  5. Drive process improvement by identifying issues, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring strategic differentiators/win themes are reflected in final deliverables.

Here's what you'll need

  1. Minimum BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar,
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables,
  3. Proposal experience in the engineering, architecture, constructions etc. will be additional advantage,
  4. Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality,
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  6. Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content,
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory),
  8. Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design will be additional advantage,
  9. Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred),
  10. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently;
