Key responsibilities:

  1. Leading coordination and preparation of proposals of all sizes, working directly with technical staff,
  2. Coordinating, writing, editing/tailoring, and performing research for non-technical proposal sections,
  3. Leading and/or supporting planning and development of small to mid-sized presentations and interviews,
  4. Participating in kick-off meetings and other milestone meetings, as appropriate,
  5. Participating in the selection of Jacobs partners, consultants and qualified staff during kick-off/strategy sessions and the development of the organizational chart,
  6. Offering an understanding of business objectives, priorities, and sales strategy,
  7. Serving as a subject matter expert on, advocate, and actively follow Sales procedures, policies, protocols, and best practices, including standard file management and archiving procedures, as well as Branding Guidelines,
  8. Using and supplementing business development tools and databases,
  9. Collaborating with Operations, other Sales Department employees, Sales Units and Sales Support teams both locally and network-wide,
  10. Coordinating and providing direction to graphic designers, document publishers, writers/editors, reprographics specialists, and other support staff, independently coordinate with and collecting information from teaming partners and subconsultant;

Here's what you'll need

  1. Minimum BS/BA or equivalent degree,
  2. 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent),
  3. Proposal experience in the engineering, architecture, constructions etc. will be additional advantage,
  4. Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality,
  5. Experience in work coordination,
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  7. Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content,
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory),
  9. Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design will be additional advantage,
  10. Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred),
  11. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently;
