Junior Sales Manager

🕒 Working hours: Starting in the afternoon (due to time zones of our clients from the US and Canada)

💰 Salary: Fixed base + commission from each successful sale

💼 Your main responsibilities:

• Communicating with potential clients via messengers and phone (WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, CRM)
• Consulting clients on services, specialists, and current promotions
• Presenting services and guiding clients to make bookings based on their needs
• Managing sales through CRM and messaging platforms
• Improving communication scripts to boost conversion rates
• Keeping records in CRM and Google Sheets

✅ Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus (international company)
• Sales experience is not required — we’ll teach you everything
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Comfortable using messengers and Google Sheets
• Fast response time, attention to detail, responsibility
