Middle Targeting Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other ad networks.
• Analyzing the target audience, setting up retargeting and Look-Alike audiences.
• Creating media plans, calculating budgets, and forecasting KPI.
• Testing and optimizing ad creatives, hypotheses, and ad formats.
• Setting up and analyzing the sales funnel, integrating with CRM systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Monitoring and adjusting bids, managing manual and automated bidding strategies.
• Working with pixels, UTM tags, event tracking, and conversion settings.
• Generating reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create high-quality advertising content.

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in targeted advertising.
• Deep understanding of advertising platform algorithms and auction mechanics.
• Ability to work with analytical tools and large datasets (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Keitaro).
• Experience with various niches (e-commerce, info-products, B2B, B2C).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience working with ad creatives: understanding which formats convert better, and basic Canva/Figma skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of automation and optimization tools for ad campaigns.
• Independence, analytical mindset, and responsibility for results.

Will be a plus:

• Stress resistance.
• English proficiency (B1 level).
• Understanding and applying A/B testing methods.
• Portfolio of successful cases.
