Jellyfish Media is seeking an ambitious and communicative Sales Manager who will unlock and maximise the potential of our business consulting services in the US and Canadian markets. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, as part of our client acquisition division. You’ll focus on identifying new markets, connecting with decision-makers, and driving business growth through strategic outreach and B2B/B2C sales efforts. We are looking to hire two talented sales professionals to join our team.
- Handling Inbound Leads. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects who have shown interest and reached out to us directly.
- Following Up with Warm Leads. Re-engage with prospects from our CRM who have previously shown interest but didn’t convert.
- Consistent work with the referred clients.
- Preparing Sales Proposals.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and finalize agreements to bring new business onboard.
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships..
- Monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights; understand the go-to-market strategy and how to maximise sales efficiency.
- Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application, and product development.
- Support and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- At least 1 year experience with International Clients in B2B/B2C sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills (English min. B2, additionally Russian/Ukrainian (C2).
- Availability to work in the US and Canada time zones in the afternoon (starting from 1-2 PM).
- General knowledge of website building processes (WordPress), seo promotion and SMM services.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Processes: a solid grasp of how lead generation, sales development, and digital marketing work together will give you a head start.

- Experience with tracking systems like Jira; Zoho CRM;
- Experience in the market of Сanada or USA;
- Experience in marketing companies or digital marketing companies.
