SMM Manager (Ukrainian / Russian Native Speaker)

We are JF Media, a full-cycle digital agency.

We have structured processes, clear goals, and ambitious tasks — and we are looking for a colleague who shares our approach.

Your main tasks:

* Managing social media for clients and internal projects

* Publishing content according to the approved content plan, writing posts and articles

* Monitoring comments and mentions, engaging with the audience

* Analyzing engagement metrics and preparing monthly reports

* Creating and updating content plans

* Creating tasks for designers: formulating technical requirements in line with the strategy

Requirements:

* Experience in SMM, marketing, or related fields

* Understanding of digital marketing principles

* Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

* Copywriting skills, basic SEO knowledge

* Ability to work independently, attention to detail

* English — B1 level or higher

* Russian or Ukrainian — native language

Will be a plus:

* A portfolio or examples of completed projects

* Initiative and readiness to suggest new ideas

* Desire to grow in the digital and SMM field
