Credit Management Team Member with German

• Manage the end-to-end credit process for clients and support regulatory reporting frameworks 

• Assist clients in implementing regulations (like MaRisk) and interpreting emerging frameworks (like IReF or BIRD)

• Analyze credit risk changes and optimize reporting processes to ensure compliance with evolving European regulations 

• Support clients during supervisory audits 

• Drive digitalization and optimization of credit processes, 

• Work hands-on with regulatory reporting tools (Abacus, BAIS) and develop programming skills (Python, R, Excel), 

• Grow professionally in a culture that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning

  
  

Employer requirements:

• Fluency in both English and German (minimum B2 level in both)

• Experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting, preferably with exposure to German institutions (via previous roles, internships, or vocational training) 

• Some hands-on experience in regulatory reporting (at least 2–3 projects) 

• A completed or soon-to-be-completed higher education degree in economics, international business, accounting, or a related field 

• Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks (CRR, FINREP, COREP, Anacredit) and practical experience using tools like Abacus or BAIS 

• Understanding of banking processes, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements 

• Knowledge of credit risk management, credit file review, rating systems, credit lifecycle, and EBA Guidelines 

• A structured, proactive, and quality-focused work approach 

• Strong communication skills, openness, and eagerness to learn and grow in an international, collaborative environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel 

• Motivation to develop professionally and engage with the German team and clients 

Nice to have:

• Basic programming skills or familiarity with Python, R or Excel.
