We're a dynamic startup in the TSL (Transport, Shipping & Logistics) industry, backed by British capital. Operating on an international scale, our headquarters is based in Warsaw, but we are also about to open our branch in Bialystok, where we currently look for new employees.

Our goal is to optimize supply chains – intelligently, efficiently, and responsibly.

At the same time, we’re developing a second startup arm – at the intersection of IT and logistics – where we create innovative logistics applications.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Hunting down new business opportunities like a pro

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients (primarily in the UK market)

• Delivering smart, tailor-made logistics solutions that meet real customer needs

• Ensuring a consistently high level of service

• Contributing to process improvement and operational excellence

• Collaborating with a driven, experienced team to smash sales targets

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales/logistics/transport

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A multitasking mindset and the ability to prioritize like a boss

• Talent for building trust and closing deals

• Curiosity, an open mind, and eagerness to grow

• Experience in the UK transport market? Huge plus!

• Fluent English required. Spanish? Even better!
