Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs, including managing integrations, creating reports, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 development, SSIS, and Power BI, along with a strong understanding of system configurations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet specific client business requirements, including portal configurations and custom entities.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in Dynamics 365 and Power BI to provide business insights.
• Offer technical support for Dynamics 365 instances, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
• Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages to facilitate data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, document test results, and ensure that configurations align with business needs.
• Provide end-user training on Dynamics 365 functionalities and customizations, ensuring they are empowered to use the system efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference and audits.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of solutions that align with client specifications and timelines.
• Continuously stay informed of the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices to improve system performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and migration tasks.
• Proficient in C# and JavaScript for custom scripting and business logic implementation in Dynamics 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 and related systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services, plugins, and custom workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with project teams and delivering user training.
• Ability to document processes, configurations, and customizations clearly and effectively.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-300, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate for creating custom business solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and administration in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies like SharePoint or Teams is beneficial
