As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing both enhancements to existing screens and creating new interfaces from scratch. Your goal will be to ensure that complex financial data is displayed in an accessible and intuitive manner for our operations teams. You will work closely with engineers and end users to understand workflows, translate business needs into design solutions, and deliver high-quality, user-centered designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and end users to understand business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Design new UI screens from scratch, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing screens to enhance usability and information delivery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, including gathering feedback, user testing, and iterating on designs.
- Ensure that designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design solutions.
- Ability to understand complex business metrics and translate them into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, UI design best practices, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Previous experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly preferred.
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications and complex systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
