Responsibilities:

Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guidelines

Creating, updating and implementing HR documentation and forms

Active searching for new solutions and improvements in HR area like processes automations, etc.

Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering, reviewing and preparing data for personal administration activities and payroll input

Running required controls of documentation, reports,

Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system

Preparing documents regarding employees’ life cycle

Verifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)

Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting, ad hoc reports etc.

Ensuring all data is delivered and processed in accordance with set deadlines

Answering employee’s queries

Substantive support for HR Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist and Specialist

Taking active part in HR local and global projects

Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications:

Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area – including participation or leading projects

Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations: personal administration, work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Proactive approach

Strong attention to detail

Good command of English

Excel – working knowledge

Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
