About the company

Kino Świat is a company founded in 2001 and a leading independent film distributor in Poland. It operates across key distribution channels, including cinema, video (DVD/Blu-ray), video-on-demand (VOD), and television. Since 2008, the company has been among the top independent theatrical film distributors in the Polish market. In addition to distribution, Kino Świat is also involved in the production and co-production of both Polish and international films.


Role description:

  • Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the local market, monitoring competitor activities, for current and upcoming projects.
  • Collect, manage and analyze marketing data from various sources, including market research where appropriate, to gain insights into customer behavior, market and media trends, and film performance. Draw conclusions and present recommendations based on data analysis and research. Enable teams to use insights to inform decisions on film distribution, marketing strategies and revenue generation.
  • Provide analytical support for local and international film promotional campaigns, across the entire film lifecycle.
  • Develop activities aimed at optimizing marketing and media costs.
  • Recommend digital campaign strategy and digital spend allocation for all local and international titles. Oversee effective execution of digital marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team, agencies etc.
  • Development of digital competencies within the entire marketing team.
  • Oversee the redesign of company website, focusing on enhancing the user experience and driving business through our digital funnel. 
  • Manage the marketing intelligence and digital team which will provide services for all local and international titles


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing i/or data management, preferably in the film / entertainment industry
  • At least 1 year at relevant lead positions
  • In-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital marketing/performance and technologies
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, performance tracking, reporting tools and equally, how analytics-sourced insights could be turned into action
  • Ability to present analysis and visualizations in clear ways to communicate complex messages
  • Performance and purpose-driven mindset; problem-solving skills, self-organized and proactive
  • DIMAQ certificate in plus
  • Fluent English (B2)
