Professional Summary

The Business Development Director is a pivotal strategic leader responsible for driving growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the CEE region. This role requires an individual with exceptional business acumen, the ability to foster key partnerships, and a talent for identifying industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and responsive to market demands.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the business development strategy aligned with the firm’s objectives and regional growth plans.
  • Identify market opportunities, growth initiatives, and service line innovations.
  • Lead regional go-to-market planning for new services.


Business Growth & Client Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and major client accounts.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and RFP responses with a focus on quality and client-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and sales strategies.


Team Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing business development team.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the department.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.


Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Service Line Leaders and Regional Managers to align business development efforts.
  • Oversee the CRM system and data reporting to ensure accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and pipeline performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of client retention and satisfaction programs.

  • Adaptable and confident in representing the organization at diverse industry events, both locally and internationally.
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
