Opis stanowiska

We’re an established software house based in Poznań, building high-quality digital products for international clients. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who will take full ownership of the people area – from strategic workforce planning and recruitment to employee experience, engagement, and development.In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to shape HR processes, strengthen our company culture, and ensure that every stage of the employee journey supports both business goals and people’s well-being. You’ll have the autonomy to propose and implement initiatives that make a real impact – in an open, collaborative, and tech-driven environment.If you’re a proactive, business-oriented HR expert who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, we’d love to meet you.


What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:

  • Experience: at least 5 years in HR, preferably in a software house or project-based IT environment

  • IT knowledge: understanding of software development workflows and lifecycle; experience recruiting technical roles (developers, testers, designers)

  • Recruitment expertise: end-to-end recruitment skills, including targeting, direct search, screening, interviewing, candidate recommendation, feedback, strategy creation, and recruitment metrics monitoring

  • Employer branding & engagement: experience with social media and website branding, team-building initiatives, and employee engagement activities

  • Employee journey management: coordination of onboarding, satisfaction monitoring, performance reviews, and offboarding

  • C-level collaboration: planning team growth and supporting organizational development

  • Professional skills: strong English (B2+)

  • Readiness to use AI tools for HR processes, and good computer skills including ATS

  • Legal & compliance: knowledge of Polish labor law and B2B contracts, including rate calculations

  • Change management: experience with organizational transformations and handling HR challenges

  • Work model: readiness to work in a hybrid model from the office in Poznań


Recruitment process:

  1. Intro meeting – an initial conversation to confirm your experience, discuss the role details, and align on cooperation terms.It’s also a chance for you to get to know us better and ask any initial questions about the position or our company.

  2. Role-focused interview – a discussion centered on your experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. We’ll talk about your approach to candidate experience, handling challenges, and supporting organizational growth. You may also be asked to share examples of recruitment strategies or HR initiatives you’ve led.

  3. On-site meeting with the CEO – a more informal meeting to get to know each other better, talk about company culture, future goals, and how your role could help shape the organization’s growth. It’s also a great opportunity to see our office in Poznań and meet some of the team in person.
