People Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, highly analytical professional who excels at making sense of complex data and turning it into meaningful, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive organizational success.
What you will be doing:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that support workforce and business decisions
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine KPIs and performance metrics aligned with leadership and business priorities
Proactively explore data and surface insights without being asked, demonstrating curiosity and initiative
Translate data into clear, relevant, and actionable insights for senior leaders
Pick up the phone and engage stakeholders directly when the data tells an important story or highlights a risk or opportunity
Build structured, scalable analyses and impactful visualizations in Excel and Power BI
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and transparency across multiple data sources
Act as a senior analytics partner, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling
Personal Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar data-driven role
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
Solid understanding of KPIs and performance management concepts
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of analyses and insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and business-oriented way
Effective collaborator, able to build relationships and work across teams
Experience with workforce planning, HR metrics, or people analytics is a plus
Familiarity with HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors considered an added advantage
Fluent in English
Experience in international, multicultural environments.
