Monthly Preparation of Global Instructions: Develop comprehensive global instructions for local client payroll departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all regions.

Information Flow Coordination: Manage and coordinate the flow of information between clients and relevant departments within Global Mobility Services to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Deadline and Data Accuracy Management: Ensure all data provided to clients is accurate and delivered within established deadlines, maintaining high standards of service quality.

Client and Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and support, as well as manage relationships with third-party vendors to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Service Delivery Using Advanced Tools: Deliver all services using our flexible and scalable tools, adhering to the standards set by service level agreements to meet client expectations.

Tool Development and Testing: Participate in the testing and ongoing development of our tools to maintain their market-leading status and ensure they meet evolving client needs.

Marketing and Client Acquisition Support: Assist with both internal and external global marketing projects aimed at enhancing brand visibility and acquiring new clients.
Requirements

At least Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Fluent English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Familiarity with income tax and payroll legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland is a plus.
