Stanowisko

Manager - GMS Global Engagement Management (KDN)

Opis stanowiska

• manage delivery of global mobility tax services for various Clients
• manage Client and internal billing
• maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries from KPMG offices and clients worldwide
• take ownership of delivery in terms of timing and quality
• coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.)
• independently run day-to-day client meetings
• work with teams to create and manage processes, including best practices documentation
• identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• train junior staff and deliver internal trainings
• manage engagement teams in terms of work allocation and budgeting

Wymagania

• university degree
• at least 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
• 3 years of experience working in a Global Mobility, at least 1 year in a Client facing management role
• experience in people management
• ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• fluent in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
• proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
• strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues clearly and develop effective, creative solutions for clients
• ability to engage effectively with colleagues across various professional levels, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• essential for interacting effectively in a global context, with flexibility to work across diverse cultural approaches and time zones
