Senior Consultant - GMS Global Engagement Management (KDN)

KPMG GMS Global Engagement Management is a team of international experts specializing in global mobility. We manage large-scale mobility engagements, coordinating services from KPMG member firms to support our global clients seamlessly. Operating across multiple countries, our team is structured into three regional hubs—Americas, EMA, and APAC—with a strong subteam in Poland. Projects await you, including governance, tax service coordination and billing, advisory, and more—all powered by advanced technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• contribute to maintaining positive client relationships and addressing inquiries from KPMG offices and clients worldwide
• coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.)
• support the preparation and delivery of client meetings, including organizing materials
• work with teams to create and manage processes, including best practices documentation
• identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• support the KPMG network in meeting client deadlines and achieving key performance metrics

Requirements:

• university degree
• experience in global mobility; a multinational environment, ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
• fluent in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
• proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
• strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues clearly and develop effective, creative solutions for clients
• highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• ability to engage effectively with colleagues across various professional levels, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• essential for interacting effectively in a global context, with flexibility to work across diverse cultural approaches and time zones
