For our Client, who specializes in sales support systems and whose solutions are used by leading companies in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, we are looking for a Business Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing business analyses and forecasts, recommending solutions to support decision-making.
- Analyzing financial results (P&L), identifying deviations and areas for optimization.
- Creating reports and analyses to support sales activities and monitoring key financial and operational indicators.
- Planning and managing budgeting processes and forecasting results.
- Collaborating with operational and commercial teams, including supporting negotiations with clients.
- Implementing the company's financial strategy and controlling goal achievement.
- Participating in the month-end closing process, reporting, and supporting financial audits.
Our Expectations:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, financial, or business analysis.
- Higher education (finance and accounting or related field).
- Very good knowledge of English (daily communication with international stakeholders).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Highly developed analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Nice to Have:
- CIMA or CFI certification.
- Experience in an IT company.
