Business Controller

For our Client, who specializes in sales support systems and whose solutions are used by leading companies in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, we are looking for a Business Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing business analyses and forecasts, recommending solutions to support decision-making.
• Analyzing financial results (P&L), identifying deviations and areas for optimization.
• Creating reports and analyses to support sales activities and monitoring key financial and operational indicators.
• Planning and managing budgeting processes and forecasting results.
• Collaborating with operational and commercial teams, including supporting negotiations with clients.
• Implementing the company's financial strategy and controlling goal achievement.
• Participating in the month-end closing process, reporting, and supporting financial audits.

Our Expectations:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, financial, or business analysis.
• Higher education (finance and accounting or related field).
• Very good knowledge of English (daily communication with international stakeholders).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Highly developed analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have:

• CIMA or CFI certification.
• Experience in an IT company.
